Welcome to my blog. I will try to update this blog regularly with how I'm doing (whether it is good or bad)
At week 1 I weight in at 16 stone (224 pounds) to date I lost 5 pounds, which could have been better if I was more healthy (in my opinion)
Today I went back to the gym, I didn't do a long workout, but managed to swim 20 minutes.
I decided that I will have a "beer free" week this week to see if that will make a big difference.
Yesterday was my 3rd WeightWatchers meeting, and unfortunately I put on 1 pound.
Ingrid (the leader) was really good and discussed some of the healthier foods/snacks compared to the old weight watchers points (we in Ireland only started the new plan 3 weeks ago)

Goals 2011:
* Loose 21 pounds by March 10th
* Do charity run(s)
* Eat more healthy (more veg, fruit, use steamer)
* Drink less beer/wine
* Etc?
If i think of any other ones I will let you all know
