Re-Starting this blog

Hi All,

I don't think anyone has checked my blog at all hehe, but i thought it was good to restart as I have a goal to work to.. I'm going to Australia the end of February and I need to lose 1,5 stone at least, which i think should be do-able.

My details are as of today: (+what it was in May)

Weight 15st4lbs (was 16st2lbs)
Waist 39 inch (was 40.5)
Belly 42 inch (was 43.5)
Upper Thigh 26.5 (was 26)
Upper Arm 13 inch (was 14)

I started using my XBOX more, and gonna try some of the workouts.. Absolutely love Dance Central 2..
Will try to update this once a week on Sunday :)

New York

Today I went to weight watchers meeting for 5th time and lost 2 pounds.. i'm now down 6 pounds.
I bought the WW cookbook today and there are some gorgeous looking recipes in there..

At the meeting we discussed eating and drinking out. I was shocked to discover a bottle of Heineken was 5 pro-points (i thought this was 3 pro-points) so my weekly points were well over used :-(

This Friday I'm going to New York for 3 nights and have to make sure I will eat healthy and drink less..
I entered a run in Central Park on Sunday, so hopefully that'll go well!!

I will update soon, time for the ould bed.

week 3 at WeightWatchers

Hi All,

Welcome to my blog. I will try to update this blog regularly with how I'm doing (whether it is good or bad)
At week 1 I weight in at 16 stone (224 pounds) to date I lost 5 pounds, which could have been better if I was more healthy (in my opinion)

Today I went back to the gym, I didn't do a long workout, but managed to swim 20 minutes.

I decided that I will have a "beer free" week this week to see if that will make a big difference.

Yesterday was my 3rd WeightWatchers meeting, and unfortunately I put on 1 pound.
Ingrid (the leader) was really good and discussed some of the healthier foods/snacks compared to the old weight watchers points (we in Ireland only started the new plan 3 weeks ago)

I will update with a new photo next week..

Goals 2011:

* Loose 21 pounds by March 10th
* Do charity run(s)
* Eat more healthy (more veg, fruit, use steamer)
* Drink less beer/wine
* Etc?

If i think of any other ones I will let you all know
