I don't think anyone has checked my blog at all hehe, but i thought it was good to restart as I have a goal to work to.. I'm going to Australia the end of February and I need to lose 1,5 stone at least, which i think should be do-able.
My details are as of today: (+what it was in May)
Weight 15st4lbs (was 16st2lbs)
Waist 39 inch (was 40.5)
Belly 42 inch (was 43.5)
Upper Thigh 26.5 (was 26)
Upper Arm 13 inch (was 14)
I started using my XBOX more, and gonna try some of the workouts.. Absolutely love Dance Central 2..
Will try to update this once a week on Sunday :)
